The HAS (French High Health Authority) asked us to put together a comprehensive report examining relevant 2.0 tools and platforms in healthcare, identify best practices and provide a recommendation to the institution for its social media debut.
Solution: A customized study of the Internet landscape with recommendations and strategic positioning
Following the brief, we put together a 5 part study that looked at all the necessary aspects of Web 2.0 and social media and involving various departments at the HAS, allowing the organization to be brought up to date on new developments within the domain of Internet Health.
Result: The study and recommendations allowed the HAS to move forward in their digital strategy
From this study, we were able to give strategic recommendations that allowed the HAS to move forward as an organization with a common objective. We also helped the HAS launch their Twitter and Youtube accounts.
