<p>Ayant appris que la <a href="http://www.frm.org/urgence/recherche-medicale.html?utm_source=bs&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_campaign=urgence" target="_blank">Fondation pour la Recherche Médicale</a> subissait les effets de la crise, nous tenions à informer nos amis de la Santé, de l&#8217;importance de son œuvre et de vous suggérer d&#8217;en parler autour de vous ces jours-ci, car il est encore possible d&#8217;agir sur 2011.<span id="more-1821"></span><span style="color: #000080;"><strong>La Fondation pour la Recherche Médicale est la seule fondation caritative à soutenir, depuis 1947, la recherche dans tous les domaines de la santé:</strong></span> maladies cardiovasculaires, cancers, maladies infectieuses, maladies neurologiques, maladies rares&#8230;<a href="http://www.basilstrategies.com/wp-content/blogs.dir/8/files/2011/12/photo.jpg"><img class="alignright size-full wp-image-1823" title="photo" src="http://www.basilstrategies.com/wp-content/blogs.dir/8/files/2011/12/photo.jpg" alt="" width="222" height="108" /></a></p>

Ainsi, un don de 30 euros ne vous revient en réalité qu&#8217;à 10,20 euros.</strong></p>

<p>Je fais référence au cas de l&#8217;erreur avouée par Facebook. Facebook, ayant signé un contrat exclusif avec Merck Allemagne en 2010, confie la page facebook.com/merck à Merck Allemagne. Voici la page. Elle a (seulement) 1222 &#8220;likes&#8221;.</p>
<p>Facebook a présenté ses excuses, mais le cas est encore dans les procédures juridiques &#8212; ce qui démontre l&#8217;intérêt que les deux sociétés perçoivent à conserver l&#8217;adresse url. Les prochains chapitres de l&#8217;histoire constitueront une jurisprudence et un cas marketing intéressants.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Partenaires du Festival de la communication santé qui vient de s&#8217;achever le 5 novembre, 2011, nous sommes très heureux d&#8217;annoncer que dans la catégorie &#8220;communication patients,&#8221; c&#8217;est l&#8217;association<a href="http://www.renaloo.com"> Renaloo</a> dirigée par Yvanie Caillé qui a emporté le prix. Comme l&#8217;indiqué le site Renaloo, le jury a souhaité saluer l’association Renaloo pour « la qualité de son site web, le professionnalisme de sa démarche ainsi que pour l’aide ainsi apportée aux patients et à leurs proches ».<span id="more-1764"></span></p>

<p>Basil Strategies, partenaires du Festival de la communication santé, a créé son site et animé la première conférence du Festival. La session a été introduite par un exposé de Denise Silber concernant les nouvelles bonnes pratiques de la communication santé web, pratiques qui tiennent compte, entre autres, de l&#8217;importance des médias sociaux. Le Dr Jean-Pierre Rageau, conseil de Basil Strategies a fait part de son expérience de communication email et sms avec ses patients, Sven Awege a fait un retour d&#8217;expérience de l&#8217;introduction réussie de vidéos sur YouTube, Yvanie Caillé a présenté Renaloo, Giovanna Marsico a décrit CancerContribution, &#8220;la cause&#8221; 2011 de Doctors 2.à &amp; Vous, et Franck Chauvin de l&#8217;Institut de Cancérologie de la Loire a parlé du co-partage de la décision entre médecin et patient.</p>
<p>D&#8217;autres prix ont été annoncés et seront détaillés dans les jours qui viennent par les responsables du Festival.</p>

<p>Le petit nouveau sur le bloc, le jouet tout neuf, le 2<sup>e</sup> à arriver pour nous sauver du monde « infernal » dans lequel Facebook nous a piégés. Son slogan : <strong><em>« <a href="https://plus.google.com/welcome?hl=en">Avec le projet Google+ partagez sur le web comme vous avez envie de partager dans la vie réelle</a>. »</em></strong> est un objectif louable, mais est-il vraiment atteint ? N&#8217;a-t-on pas créé quelque chose dont, à part les bêta-testeurs types, la plupart des gens n&#8217;ont pas vraiment besoin ou n&#8217;ont pas envie ? Que ce soit dans mon travail chez Basil Strategies ou à titre personnel, il m&#8217;a paru important de consigner mes réflexions sur Google+ et, pour être sincère, de comprendre pourquoi ce nouveau réseau m&#8217;agace !<img title="More..." src="../wp-includes/js/tinymce/plugins/wordpress/img/trans.gif" alt="" /><span id="more-1684"></span></p>
<p><strong>Tourner en rond dans des cercles…</strong></p>
<p>OK donc, en apparence, l&#8217;idée des cercles, selon laquelle vous choisissez qui reçoit quels messages, en plaçant chacun dans un cercle donné, apparaît comme une grande idée — c&#8217;est ainsi que nous travaillons dans la vie réelle ! Cependant, il y a ici deux défauts. D&#8217;abord, je ne cherche pas à reproduire ma vraie vie sur les réseaux sociaux, pas plus que je ne cherche à organiser mon existence à la manière de Facebook ou de Twitter. Comme le film <a href="http://translate.google.com/translate?hl=fr&amp;prev=_t&amp;sl=en&amp;tl=fr&amp;u=http://www.thesocialnetwork-movie.com/"><em>Social Network</em></a> l&#8217;a montré, il y a une tendance humaine à écouter les conversations qui ne sont pas les nôtres, de façon à capter des choses qui pourraient nous avoir échappé auparavant — c&#8217;est la base de la popularité de Facebook et d&#8217;autres prétendants. Certes, ces médias sont allés plus loin (grands canaux de communication, outils donnant aux gens des possibilités nouvelles, etc.) mais fondamentalement — et nous ne devrions jamais l&#8217;oublier — ces plateformes sont composées de gens qui préfèrent regarder et écouter, et c&#8217;est le fondement de ces communautés.</p>

<p>Pour en revenir à Google+ et à ses Cercles, quel est l&#8217;agrément pour moi si mon collègue Romain (<a href="http://twitter.com/#!/Romain_Robert">@ Romain_Robert</a>) me met d&#8217;emblée <img class="alignright" title="photo" src="../wp-content/blogs.dir/8/files/2011/08/photo.jpeg" alt="" width="110" height="146" />dans son cercle « travail » ? Du coup, Romain est ce type unidimensionnel qui ne parle que de Santé sur le web et du prochain site web hospitalier français. Ce n&#8217;est pas ce que je souhaite ! Dans des moments de besoin profond, quand je me trouve coincé au bureau en août, je veux savoir comment se passent ses vacances et si son déjeuner de 5 plats a répondu à tout ce qu&#8217;il en espérait. Si Google+ a supprimé encore plus de « l&#8217;aspect humain » des réseaux sociaux en réduisant chacun à une étiquette et à un être mono-sujet, ce n&#8217;est pas comme ça que fonctionnent les communautés et ce n&#8217;est pas ainsi que je travaille !</p>

<p><strong>Qui l&#8217;utilise ?</strong></p>
<p>Qui est sur Google+ ? Il y a eu des tas de discussions là-dessus et sur les chiffres impressionnants qu&#8217;il totalise, mais très peu de vues vraiment en profondeur sur les gens qui l&#8217;utilisent et pourquoi ils le font. Ces chiffres sont-ils réellement un signe de réussite ? Pour ma part, j&#8217;ai 740 « amis » sur Facebook et moins de 1 % d&#8217;entre eux sont sur Google+ ; qui sont donc, là-bas, ces 25 millions de personnes (dont 80 % restent inactives !) ? Eh bien, ils semblent tous être des consultants des Médias sociaux ou des gens directement impliqués dans l&#8217;arène des réseaux sociaux. Pour le moment, c&#8217;est comme le plus grand congrès de Médias sociaux de ce côté de la Silicon Valley, dans lequel tout le monde ne fait que parler de lui-même.</p>
<p><strong>Qu&#8217;est-ce que cela signifie pour la santé ?</strong></p>
<p>À la conférence <a href="http://www.docotrs20.fr">Docteurs 2.0 &amp; Vous </a>, le Dr Bryan Vartabedian a soulevé ce point d&#8217;une façon plus générale à l&#8217;égard de la santé. Il a demandé à quel point les médecins, les patients &amp; les pharmaciens se font marcher eux-mêmes quand ils pensent qu&#8217;ils sont vraiment s&#8217;engager avec le vrai grand méchant public. Sommes-nous vraiment en mesure d&#8217;échanger avec ceux qui sont déjà bien informés ? C&#8217;est un problème qui dépasse Google+ et qui touche toutes les plateformes des médias sociaux.</p>

<p><strong>Y a-t-il des plus pour les entreprises ?</strong></p>
<p>Au moment où j&#8217;écris, Google+ offre très peu aux entreprises — il n&#8217;y a pas de possibilité de créer une page fan ou un groupe pour promouvoir la conversation et l&#8217;interaction. Actuellement, si je veux suivre <a href="http://www.facebook.com/cocacola?ref=ts">Coca-Cola</a>, je dois décider si je le veux dans le cercle de mes amis, du travail ou dans le cercle Fantaisie (je ne suis pas encore décidé&#8230;). Par dessus le marché, Coca-Cola va devoir me mettre dans un cercle — ils ont 33 millions de « J&#8217;aime » sur Facebook. Google vient de créer un poste à plein temps pour quelqu&#8217;un chez Coca-Cola !</p>
<p><strong>Oublions les quelques plus qui existent vraiment&#8230;</strong></p>
<p>Pour être juste envers Google, ils ont introduit quelques fonctionnalités nouvelles qui, j&#8217;en suis sûr, vont ôter de l&#8217;intérêt à Facebook et Twitter. Je parle des video calls sur 8 voies (vidéo ci-dessous — inutile, mais jolie), de la possibilité de partager, montrer et contrôler des vidéos YouTube au sein de ces appels vidéo (très cool ! — je vous suggère d&#8217;aller le vérifier par vous-même, c&#8217;est difficile à expliquer&#8230;) et de l&#8217;idée des Cercles Étendus, qui vous permet de partager avec les amis de vos amis (si j&#8217;ai bien compris ?). Cela dit, je pense qu&#8217;il y a encore du travail à faire sur l&#8217;ergonomie et l&#8217;interface utilisateur du site — son approche simple et minimaliste y rend effectivement rendu la navigation assez difficile.</p>
